My stay at the hotel was absolutely fabulous! The rooms were impeccably clean and cozy, the service was top-notch, and the location was superb with easy access to everything in the Viaduct area. On the downside, the dining options were a bit limited, and the busy roadworks made it slightly challenging to reach the hotel.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were spacious and modern, with an incredible view of the Auckland waterfront. The service was top-notch, from the manager to the night shift receptionist. The location couldn't have been better, right across the cruise ship terminal and close to all the city attractions. The dining experience with seasonal fresh fruit was a delightful touch. However, I did find the price to be a bit on the higher side.
